2. How should I care for Baby Bamboo products?
For best results, we recommend washing in cold water on a gentle cycle and air drying. This helps maintain the softness and integrity of the organic cotton.

3. When do I expect the items to deliver?
For normal items which are in stock, it is expected 1-3 working days for packaging and processing.

For pre-order items, there will be a separate 'Expected delivery date' under the product page. We do not guarantee extreme factors e.g. delay from manufacturers or shipping delay due to extreme weather conditions. However, we will monitor your order and provide you the latest update via email.
